Common questions

My score didn’t update. Open the Rally and tap Sync now. Allow Apple Health access for the activity the Rally counts. Only activity from before the Rally ended counts.

How do I pay someone? Open the Settle tab, tap Pay, and finish in Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. Then mark it paid.

Someone says I didn’t pay. Check the payment in your payment app, then talk to the player. The person being paid can confirm or dispute it in Settle.

The vote is tied. Everyone gets 3 more days to agree and can change their vote. If it’s still tied, nobody pays.

Report or block a player. Open a Rally, press and hold the player’s row, then choose Report or Block.

Delete my account. In the app, go to Me → Delete account.
