Terms of Service
Last updated September 27, 2026
Draft for legal review.
Using Rally
You must be 13 or older to use Rally, and 18 or older to join or create a Rally with money. Give accurate information, including your birthday. One account per person.
Rallies with money
- An entry amount is a promise between players. Rally never holds, receives or sends money and takes no fee.
- When a Rally ends, Rally works out who owes whom. Players pay each other directly with Venmo, Cash App or PayPal, and must follow those services’ terms.
- Challenges are decided by effort and skill (activity recorded by Apple Health or Screen Time) or by the players’ own vote. Scores that aren’t possible for the time elapsed are rejected.
- Pay what you owe within 72 hours. You can’t start or join new Rallies with money while a payment is overdue, and your payment record is shown to other players.
- Rallies with money aren’t available where they aren’t allowed by law. You’re responsible for following the laws where you live.
Fair play
Don’t enter fake activity, manipulate scores or votes, harass other players, or use offensive names or photos. You can report or block a player from their row in a Rally. We may remove content, void a Rally’s result, or close accounts that break these rules.
Health and safety
Rally isn’t medical advice. Don’t push past what’s safe for your body to win a challenge.
Disputes between players
Payments happen outside Rally, so disagreements about a payment are between the players. Rally shows each debt’s status and lets the person being paid confirm or dispute it.
No warranty; limits
Rally is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Rally isn’t liable for losses between players, for data from Apple Health or Screen Time, or for payment services we don’t control.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app when we do. You can stop using Rally and delete your account at any time.
